New House just outside Kelso is now out of the ground and the frame being erected quickly. This house will share many of the features of recent houses, including all timber construction with wood fibre insulation and lime render.
We’re targeting out best ever air tightness levels with the contractor very keen to prove he’s up to the job. We are also keeping a very close eye on the program and have a detailed works program in place. We lost a couple of weeks at the beginning of the year to poor weather but have pulled back one of those weeks. I’ll try and keep the up with postings on the progress.
